Eligibility and Requirements
To qualify for the Regenexx Physician Licensing Program, applicants must meet the following criteria.
- Hold a valid MD or DO license.
- Be board certified in Orthopedics, PM&R, Interventional Pain, Sports medicine, or a related specialty.
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Have experience with image-guided injection procedures (fluoroscopy and MSK ultrasound).
- Perform advanced musculoskeletal diagnostics and personalized treatment planning.

Pathway to Partnership

Step 1: Apply
Qualified physicians submit an application to join the Regenexx network.

Step 2: Screening & Credentialing
Applicants are evaluated based on medical licensure, board certification, and musculoskeletal injection expertise. Approved physicians complete credentialing and onboarding.

Step 3: Training & Implementation
Physicians receive in-depth training on Regenexx’s patented protocol, Regenexx processes, and clinical workflows—ensuring readiness to deliver high-quality interventional orthobiologics.

Step 4: Launch
With training and support in place, clinics begin offering procedures using Regenexx lab processes, promoted through national employer relationships and digital channels.

Step 5: Ongoing Partnership
Licensed providers receive ongoing support—including access to marketing materials, continued procedural training, lab QA, and participation in the Regenexx research registry.
